The revolutionary ATC Spider Series Mobile Tower Trailer utilizes a patented system to guy the outriggers on the trailer itself, which means that crews deploying this Cell on Wheels (COW) no longer need to set anchors in the ground or retrieve the anchors after the deployment. In addition, the footprint necessary to deploy the unit is minimal at only 30 feet by 35 feet, which gives more flexibility to the user and allows for any application, including urban deployment on pavement. Our unique design provides generous deck space large enough for most equipment.

With any of AllTech’s products, we can customize the telescoping tower to adjust to any height between 29 feet and 150 feet and from zero to 125 mph wind speed, thus creating maximum versatility. Regardless of height, all of AllTech’s portable towers require minimal time to deploy which allows a rapid response time.

AllTech’s telescoping towers have many features, including redundant aircraft-strength lifting cables, that qualify them as the safest product of their type on the market. These safety features are built into all AllTech Communications products and are designed to keep customer projects safe and on schedule. All mobile tower trailers come with electric brakes and satisfy all Department of Transportation requirements. AllTech builds all telescoping towers utilizing the Electronics Industry Association Structural Standards and Codes for Steel Antenna Tower and Antenna Supporting Structures (EIA/TIA-222-E & EIA-RS-222-Revision F).

Mini COW

AllTech Communications is always searching for new solutions to fit the customer needs. One of the unique small mobile tower trailers AllTech has developed is the "Mini-COW." The "Mini-COW" is a cell on wheels so maneuverable that it can be towed to the roof of a parking garage and set up in only minutes. This unit is perfect for quick response communication and surveillance situations and allows you to minimize deployment time and costs when working in an urban setting.

Engineering

Through countless hours of design evaluation and computer modeling, AllTech has developed a Tower System that exceeds expectations. All engineering projects are reviewed by our project team and the customer to ensure that all requirements are met. For custom projects, our project designer then creates project and shop drawings, which are reviewed with the customer prior to commencing the project.

Permanent Towers

In addition to mobile tower trailers, AllTech designs, engineers, and manufactures cost-effective permanent guyed and self-supporting telescoping towers that are easily erected. These telescoping towers are constructed for maximum strength and reliability and will satisfy all communication applications with maximum versatility. Should your needs require, AllTech also offers an adjustable telescoping tower which utilizes an automated winch system that allows it to adjust to any height from 10 feet to 150 feet, creating maximum versatility for your use. In addition, the optional automated winch system allows the user to lower the tower in times of inclement weather.

Shelters

AllTech custom designs and manufactures all types of shelters ranging from simple equipment to complex command centers. These units can be built with or without a telescoping tower and can be used either in rooftop or ground applications where space is limited.

Our shelters can be built with standard doors or our unique roll-up hurricane doors. These hurricane doors ensure that your important equipment is kept safe, cool, and operating. Furthermore, the hurricane doors provide a great advantage by granting easy access to technicians working in limited space.

Platforms & Skids

AllTech specializes in manufacturing highly functional, easy to install platforms and skids for any size or need. We manufacture fixed and adjustable units for ground and rooftop settings. Our Hot Dipped Galvanized Platforms bolt together for easy assembly. Choose from one of our standard products or allow us to custom manufacture platforms or skids to meet your unique specifications.
